The last 2 months have been a bit of a whirlwind. We are adjusting to a new house, having 3 kids, super fussy newborn, and anticipating the results of our upcoming MRI. The first 2 weeks at home are always the "honeymoon" stage for our kids. After that...they just LOVE to scream. We have Asher on reflux meds and I have eliminated dairy and caffeine from my diet. Not fun! At about 6 weeks we started doing "bedtime" because by then we were just done! The past 2 weeks he now is going to bed around 7pm, wakes up between 2am-3am, and then I wake him up at 6:30am so I can feed him before the big kids wake up and its time to get ready for school. I love this routine! I love the predictable. :) Asher finally started liking his swing over the past few weeks so that is super helpful. He also usually does well in the car if it is moving and if he isn't over due to eat. At his 2 month appointment we were told he will probably need a helmet in the near future because of his head shape. What is it with the boys in our family?! Tyler had a helmet but Eisley didn't need one. The doctor is also concerned about his weight so I'm working on my milk supply in the mean time. We would love some rolls on this little man. I'm hoping that we are slowly getting into our routine and the screaming will continue to lessen. We are all pretty smitten with him though.
