Saturday
This past summer we had plans for go to Florida for a beach vacation but due to the complications of my pregnancy with Asher we had to cancel. Thankfully, this summer we were able to make it to the beach! Saturday morning around 2am Tyler woke up with a fever of 103 and felt terrible. We headed to the doctors office at 8am and thankfully our pediatrician was the one working this Saturday shift. He got us in first and Tyler tested positive for strep. We ran to CVS, gave Tyler a dose of antibiotic and some motrin, and headed to the airport. It was a crazy morning but we were all determined to not miss the beach trip again this summer.
The flight went pretty well and we quickly got our rental car and headed to the condo in Seaspray. We spent the rest of the day playing on the beach.
Asher loved the sand and wouldn't stop trying to eat it! YUCK!
