Last week we went with Kali and Tanner to visit Santa at the Bass Pro Shop in Garland. The pictures turned out great...at least he wasn't screaming!
Part I
Part I
We began the holidays by celebrating with Brian's family on Friday night. We all got together and Brian and I cooked The Pioneer Woman's migas...so good! After dinner we sang some Christmas carols and then got the kids down for bed.
Tyler and Will weren't so interested in the carols. Will was enjoying playing peek-a-boo on the exersaucer and Tyler was busy eating the nativity. :)
These two are just 4 months apart in age. It will be so fun to watch them grow up together!
Like father...like son (both tongues sticking out!)
All the cousins wanted to check out each others toys. We had to practice lots of "sharing"!
Pops loves his grandkids!
Will was determined to get to where he was going...no matter what was in his way!
After opening presents we all enjoyed a yummy lunch and then a relaxing afternoon.
Part II
We headed out to my sister's house in Rockwall on Christmas Eve. We spent the day eating and hanging out with family. Lots of cuddle time for Tyler and Tanner.
Grammy loving on her grandkids.
Tyler loves to touch people's faces.
Singing "Happy Birthday Jesus"
Taking cookies upstairs to put under the tree for Santa.
Santa brought Tanner a bounce house and he was SO EXCITED!
Grammy and iPop got Tanner a big box full of costumes. He loved Spiderman's muscles!
Tyler got a big lion stuffed animal that opens up into a little ball pit. He loves sitting in it and playing with his toys!
Tyler loves his Grammy...
and Uncle Grant.
Merry Christmas! Brian and I look a little tired because we had the misfortune of sleeping on an air mattress that decided to deflate around 1am. We would have just aired it back up but when you have a sleeping baby in the same room you would rather sleep on a deflated air mattress than wake the baby up! :)
After all the presents were opened we had a yummy lunch and then....
nap time!
The best part of the day was the "blizzard" that blew in. It was crazy!
Merry Christmas from our family to yours!
I love that you are sporting your Dartmouth shirt on Christmas morning!! Your family is precious and I still so thankful that I can see what y'all are up to via your blog and facebook. After I have a few weeks to adjust to this new baby, let's have lunch or something. :)
